What We Do
-
FFA supports participants by helping stabilize essential needs such as safe housing, food access, transportation, and connection to community resources. By reducing immediate barriers, youth and women can focus on personal growth, education, and long-term success.
-
FFA provides structured enrichment opportunities beyond the classroom, including mentorship, civic engagement, creative programming, and leadership development. These activities promote confidence, positive peer relationships, and exposure to new experiences that expand future possibilities.
-
Through career exploration, job readiness workshops, and life skills training, FFA prepares participants for sustainable employment and independence. Participants develop practical skills such as communication, resume building, professionalism, and financial literacy.
-
FFA creates trauma-informed spaces where youth and women feel safe, respected, and supported. Through consistent mentorship, structured programming, and positive role modeling, participants build trust, resilience, and a strong sense of belonging.
“At the end it’s not about what you have or even what you’ve accomplished. It’s about who you’ve lifted up, who you’ve made better. It’s about what you’ve given back.”
— Denzel Washington
